WOW! I love this. With such a close-up shot, you can really see how streamlined a peregrine is--the feathers lie so flat on top of each other. I love the reflection in his dark eye, and the little bit of blood on his beak (there are so many photos out there that try to ignore the predatory part of a falcon's nature).
